General informations

The Department of Management and Quality Systems is accredited by Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) and conducts the following processes:

• - certification in compliance with: PN-EN ISO 9001:2001, PN-EN ISO 14001, PN-N 18001 and HACCP (DS 3027E, Codex Alimentarius) standards (the certificate of accreditation no 057),
• - verification of eco - management and audit scheme according to the Regulation no 761 (the certificate of accreditation no PL-V-0002).

The certification processes in compliance with AQAP standards are conducted on behalf of the Military Centre of Standardization, Quality and Codification (WCNJiK).

On the Client request we can provide the certification process in the area that is not included in our accreditation.

The Department conducts certification processes in compliance with PN-EN ISO 22000:2006.

People who are in charge of certification processes are highly skilled specialists and have much experience of auditing. They regularly take part in trainings to broaden their qualifications.

The Department guarantees reliable service and professionally protects the clients' interests during certification/verification process.

Certification process involves the following stages:

• An organization submits filled application, organization's questionnaire;

  • Before submitting an application it is recommended to send a price inquiry as to establish a price of certification process.
• An application is registered, the contract is signed,
• In consultation with the Client the date and the auditors' group is established;
  There is possibility to conduct the initial audit to preliminary evaluate the introduced management system,
• Certification audit, a report from audit is prepared,
• Assessment of documents prepared during audit,
• A "Sheet of notes" and "Polls of auditor's estimation" are sent back to the Department,
• The Experts' body issues an opinion on granting a certificate,
• A final decision is made by the Managing Director,
• Certificate is issued after adjusting of payments,
• The supervision over the certificate is exercised through annual monitoring audits.

Verification process involves the following stages:

• An organization submits filled application and organization's questionnaire.

Before submitting an application it is recommended to send a price inquiry as to establish a price of verification process.

• An application is registered, the contract is signed,
• In consultation with the Client the date and the auditors' group is established.

There is possibility to conduct the initial audit to preliminary evaluate the introduced management system.

• Verification audit,
• A report from audit is prepared, the environmental declaration is confirmed,
• An organizations receives a report and the environmental declaration,
• Assessment of documents prepared during audit,
• A "Sheet of notes" and "Polls of auditor's estimation" are sent back to the Department,
• Review of the documents gathered during the verification process,
• The supervision over the verified system.
