The application of a food safety management system is a very useful tool ensuring compliance with food legal regulations.

Legal regulations concerning food state that every organization which produces or trades food should implement and maintain the HACCP system.

We are aware of the fact that the implementation the HACCP system requires a lot of commitment of the top management as well as the entire staff.

The efficiency of the HACCP system can be measured and evaluated at the process of certification of compliance with the following documents:
  • PN-EN ISO 22000:2006 "Food Safety Management Standard - Requirements for any organization in the food chain",
  • Codex Alimentarius.

The recipients of PN-EN ISO 22000:2006

The international standard ISO 22000:2005 (based on HACCP according to the description of the Codex Alimentarius 2005) is intended for any organization within the food chain, i.e.:
  • food manufacturers, including transport and storage operators,
  • food distributors (e.g. wholesalers),
  • producers of additives and ingredients,
  • subcontractors (e.g. cleaning agents),
  • manufacturers of packaging materials, equipment and cleaning products,
  • feed producers,
  • primary producers.

We would also like to invite you to an open training intended for any organization in the food chain.

We would like to inform you that DS 3027 E:2002 has been replaced by DS/EN ISO 22000:2005.
